On The Issues
It’s time we stand up for our ideals; it’s time we make our values heard; it’s time we take on the status quo!
As the housing crisis continues to escalate in California, Vipan is committed to effectively allocating public spaces for parks, natural habitats, housing, and commercial real estate. In doing so, we can correct the job-housing imbalance that our district faces.
Having been educated entirely in this district’s public schools, Vipan believes in an increased investment to fund our public institutions. We are in an age of exponential social and economic progress, and it is vital that our students are prepared to successfully enter the workforce.
Protecting our environment is a large priority of this campaign, and we pledge to fight for a California that is powered by Clean energy.
Public Safety and Criminal Justice
Vipan believes in a justice system that is fair, humane, and focused on rehabilitation. This begins by making meaningful investments that will strengthen the safety of our local communities.
Our healthcare system is broken, and it should no longer be a matter of concern for anyone seeking and requiring medical care. Vipan will steadfastly work towards making the cost of healthcare an irrelevant factor when you make your personal, medical decisions.
If elected, Vipan will be one of the few legislators in Sacramento with an Accounting background. He will use his professional experience to ensure California is operating with an efficient and fiscally responsible budget.
